• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Share private information of others without their explicit consent.

You retain ownership of the content you post on KopiMums (posts, reviews, photos). However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and ensure that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

KopiMums serves as a platform to discover enrichment centres, schools, and products. Please note:

• We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any service or product listed by third parties.
• Any transactions or interactions between you and a listed business are solely between you and that business.
• We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from your dealings with third-party listings.

All logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on KopiMums are the property of KopiMums or its licensors and are protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

KopiMums is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• The information provided (including user reviews) is always accurate or complete.
• Any advice shared by community members is professional or medically sound.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KopiMums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your account or block your access to KopiMums if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service or behaved in a manner harmful to our community.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
